Years of industry experience, poured into every party we run.
Our story
We started as two very enthusiastic entertainers
We began working together in high school, and we are both 19 now. Between us we have years of experience in the industry, and Polished Parties started because previous clients and local families kept asking us to.
In those years we learnt exactly what it takes to build a genuinely organised and premium party experience. We picked up the tricks that engage every kind of child and leave an impression they remember for years. We also saw plainly where other companies fall short, and what separates a good entertainer from a great one.
That is why we took a different approach. We offer an entirely adaptable experience, because this is not a one size fits all job. Each family, each party and each child is looking for something different, and that should never come at the cost of the magic or the organisation.
How we work
Communication is the core of it
We communicate personally with every client from start to finish, and we are thorough to the point of being annoying about it, so no detail gets missed.
It matters most to us that every client is left completely satisfied and feels the same magic that Polished Parties sets out to create, exactly as their children and guests did. Going above and beyond what a client expects is the whole point of the business.
Whether your little one is high energy and wants their favourite superhero to celebrate with them and teach them combat skills, or your child is shy and loves a certain film or a certain kind of music, we and all our entertainers are trained to pick up on what each child needs. We work that out with you from the start, and make sure the package we recommend matches your family rather than the other way around.
Polished Parties is not just the two of us any more. Every party is run by us or by one of our personally trained and highly experienced entertainers. We are a small team and we treasure every person in it, because they are the ones who carry the standard into your living room.
Our promise
You should get to enjoy your own child’s party
Whether we have done our job is not really measured by whether the children had fun. They will.
We arrive early, bring everything we need, and run the entertainment around how your day is actually flowing. We are not there to dictate the running of your party, we are there to look after the children and adapt to whatever is happening, so you can host it without also having to keep twenty kids busy.
If you would like a specific entertainer, whether that is Indigo, Bridget or someone you have had before, just ask when you enquire. We will always try to accommodate it.
